Concert Goer Attacks Morrissey Onstage

Morrissey's set at in San Diego was cut short Saturday night (November 10), after a group of concert goers stormed the stage, and one attacked the singer-songwriter.

The former Smiths frontman was performing "Every Day Is Like Sunday"during his encore at Copley Symphony Hall when the incident occurred. After the attendees made it onstage, one appeared to strike Moz in the face before being dragged off in a chokehold by security, TMZ reports. The singer-songwriter was swiftly whisked offstage and reportedly did not return to finish the set. Nor did he conduct a meet and greet, which is something he's been doing after his concerts. It is unclear if Morrissey was injured during the commotion.
